Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it immediately. Please note that order processing times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, customization, and shipping destination. Typically, processing takes 1-2 business days before your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to different needs. The shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, as well as the shipping method selected during checkout.
Our shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight and location.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, where you can review and choose your preferred shipping method.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system once your package is shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, national holidays, or postal carrier delays, may cause shipping delays. If we anticipate any delays in fulfilling your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, it is important that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Peanapo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@peanapo.com. We will do our best to make necessary corrections before shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) directly using the tracking number provided. Peanapo is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they are delivered to the provided shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to certain locations due to restrictions on shipping or the nature of the products. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions when available.
International Shipments
For international orders, please note the following:
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Processing: International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections. While we do everything we can to expedite the process, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
Return Shipping for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Peanapo in cases of defects or shipping errors.
