At Peanapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please read the terms below for detailed information about our policy.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on items purchased from Peanapo within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@peanapo.com or call us at (478) 934-2698 to request a return authorization.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as for returns. In the case of exchanges, you may be required to place a new order for the replacement item, and we will process a refund for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a return label and offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. If an item is damaged during shipping, please report it immediately, and we will take steps to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
Late or Missing Refunds

Exclusions and Limitations
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Shoes should not show signs of wear and should be returned with their original box and packaging.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred in fulfilling your order.
